The Reports part of TheStashCan was designed to be as flexible as possible for you.
TheStashCan provides 5 reporting options …
- Types
- Styles
- Publishers
- Designers
- Stash
All reports provide a Print/Preview option.
This Print/Preview option allows you to send your report directly to the printer or preview it first. Of course, you may print from inside preview, but you get to see the results before you do!
The first four reports, Types, Styles, Publishers & Designers simply print an alphabetical list of each so that you can mark-up, edit, etc. your Personalized settings.
The fifth option, Stash, let’s you select a stash details option or a value option.
By selecting Stash Details …
From here you can set specific parameters so that you only print EXACTLY what you want and nothing more!!!

Step #1 - Do you want to print All Types or a Specific Type?
If you select all you’ll move on to Step #2. If you select Specific Type, you’ll need to select the Type you want from the pull-down box on your right.
Step #2 - Do you want to print All Styles or a Specific Style?
If you select all you’ll move on to Step #3. If you select Specific Style, you’ll need to select the Style you want from the pull-down box on your right.
Step #3 - Do you want to print All Publishers or a Specific Publisher?
If you select all you’ll move on to Step #4. If you select Specific Publisher, you’ll need to select the Publisher you want from the pull-down box on your right.
Step #4 - Do you want to print All Designers or a Specific Designer?
If you select all you’ll move on to Step #5. If you select Specific Designer, you’ll need to select the Designer you want from the pull-down box on your right.
Step #5 - Do you want to print All your Stash, just the Stash you Have, just your Wish List Stash, what you have For Sale, or what you’ve sold or traded?
No matter which you pick, you’ll move on to Step #6.
Step #6 - Do you want to print the long descriptions on your report?
Cool, now you just click the Continue button to Print/Preview your customized StashCan Report!

If you select Stash Value …
If you have provided TheStashCan purchase date and amount information, the Value report will list all of the items you have “in hand” and their respective purchase
prices. The report will total the value of your stash. Great for insurance purposes! Not so great to let others see how much you spend on your Stash!!!! ;o)
